Part of personalized learning involves students attempting to problem solve. We ask that the student take the first steps to troubleshoot issues. In each classroom there will be a list of the three most common troubleshooting techniques that should be attempted before asking for help. At the middle school, students having an issue they cannot resolve will go to the library desk for assistance. At the high school, a Chrome Help Desk in the library will provide assistance. Either students or PWSSD staff will be available to assist intermittently during the day and routinely after school.
